Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

mentioning the Order ID, order date, and issue details.

Return / Exchange Eligibility (Within 7 Days of Delivery)

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days in the following cases:

  • Wrong product / model / size / color delivered

  • Product is defective, damaged, or not functioning

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Consumables such as cosmetics, liquids, perfumes, DVDs, CDs, cartridges, software, video games, health & hygiene products

  • Promotional, offer, clearance, or discounted items

  • Opened packages, broken seals, incomplete, scratched, tampered, or partially used items

  • Cut or damaged cables/wires

Defective products found within 7 days may be eligible for exchange or refund, subject to inspection.


Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be returned within 7 days with original packaging and invoice/order ID

  • Exchange is not possible without proof of purchase

  • Repairs for wear & tear may be considered within 6 months, at management discretion


Promotional Items

If a returned item was part of a promotion (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1), the promotional benefit will be adjusted, and the refund will be calculated based on the retained items.


Terms & Conditions

  • Product must be returned via courier or supplier

  • Must include original invoice/order number

  • Must be unused and in saleable condition with all accessories

  • Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable

  • Cartsbd.com is not responsible for any data loss during return or repair

  • Refund vouchers issued only if the product is confirmed defective within 7 days

  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 15 working days

  • No refunds for gift vouchers or exchange vouchers


Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • Manufacturer warranty applies as per product policy

  • Cartsbd.com acts as a facilitator, warranty responsibility lies with the brand/supplier

  • Warranty becomes void if product is opened, tampered, or repaired by unauthorized persons

  • Original box and invoice are required for warranty claims

  • Warranty valid within Bangladesh only, unless stated otherwise

  • Repair may take up to 15 working days

  • Repaired items must be collected within 30 days

  • Normal wear & tear is not covered


Delivery Policy

Customers must keep the delivery receipt signed or confirmed upon delivery.


Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product is defective

  • Product damaged during shipping

  • Product is tampered

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 10–20 working days, depending on the bank or mobile financial service.

Payment Method Notes

  • Credit/Debit Card: Bank may take additional 2–15 working days

  • Voucher / Gift Card / Corporate Card: Non-refundable, exchange only
