Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Return / Exchange Eligibility (Within 7 Days of Delivery)
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days in the following cases:

Wrong product / model / size / color delivered

Product is defective, damaged, or not functioning
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Consumables such as cosmetics, liquids, perfumes, DVDs, CDs, cartridges, software, video games, health & hygiene products

Promotional, offer, clearance, or discounted items

Opened packages, broken seals, incomplete, scratched, tampered, or partially used items

Cut or damaged cables/wires
Defective products found within 7 days may be eligible for exchange or refund, subject to inspection.
Exchange Conditions

Products must be returned within 7 days with original packaging and invoice/order ID

Exchange is not possible without proof of purchase

Repairs for wear & tear may be considered within 6 months, at management discretion
Promotional Items
If a returned item was part of a promotion (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1), the promotional benefit will be adjusted, and the refund will be calculated based on the retained items.

Warranty becomes void if product is opened, tampered, or repaired by unauthorized persons

Original box and invoice are required for warranty claims

Warranty valid within Bangladesh only, unless stated otherwise

Repair may take up to 15 working days

Repaired items must be collected within 30 days

Normal wear & tear is not covered
Delivery Policy
Customers must keep the delivery receipt signed or confirmed upon delivery.
