We offer a 100% money-back guarantee in the rare case of system errors or technical issues that prevent us from delivering the service/product you ordered. Please allow us 2 days to process your order before reaching out to us. If we determine that we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund your money. However, we will deduct the payment gateway charge as a service fee.

For instance, if the product price is 1000 BDT and the total price is 1020 after adding the payment gateway charge, you will receive a refund of 1000 BDT.

We do not offer refunds for the purchase of any software or license.
